Father of Us All,

May there be peace in our minds. May there be joy for our enemies and our friends. May we not be brought so low to hate anyone. May we never seek the harm of another who seeks to live out the life that you have seen fit for them to live. Thank you for every setback, scar, and worry I had about being somebody. Thank you for challenging me to be stronger than I have been in my life thus far, waiting to conquer death--the final enemy. And like Jesus, may I rise again from the dead. And Father, not just me, but everyone who believes and does not believe--that they may see you for who you are. Merciful and wise and full of no lies, I thank you for every gift and disappointment I have experienced. I believe that you are crafting every moment. I believe that you stand in the midst, nudgin us towards righteousness and Spirit led living. May we be effective for the continuation of the work of your kingdom. Grant us more wisdom, not for power or grief, but that we may be wise in how to use the tools you have given us, how to have deep, rich relationships with the people you have us surrounded by, and how to utterly rely on you for all things. May we continue this conversation.
